Q: Do you offer credit terms?
A: No everything we do is geared towards driving the best deal for our customer base, we accept payments by Debit Card, bank transfer or Credit Card should you need time to pay.   

Q: What sort of guarantees do you offer?
A: Guarantees vary depending on the products that you buy from us and are stated in the various product categories.

Q: Do we price match?
A: Yes, just send us a quote that you have received, and we will match or beat it, provided that the specification is the same.  

Q: Your prices are so low, does this mean that quality is poor?
A: No, whilst we work hard to cut cost out of our business model, we will never compromise on product quality.

Q: How long are your quotes valid for?
A: 1 month.

Q: Can you match my existing style of window?
A: Yes, we source products nationwide from hundreds of suppliers.  For the closest match, please send a closeup of the products that you are trying to replicate.

Q: I can’t see what I want on your web site, can you help?
A: Yes, send over the details of what you want, and we will source the best supplier for you.

Q:  What details do I need to provide you for a bespoke quote?
A:  It’s ideal if you can provide a quotation from elsewhere.  Otherwise, make sure that you provide the size, product type, colour and specification.  Photos always help too.

Q: What are your current click and collect locations.
A: Hayle, Newton Abbot, Exmouth, Bristol, Weston Super Mare, Chichester, Clevedon.

Q: What ID do I need for Click and collect items?
A: Payment card used for placing the order, ID, order reference number.
